Need a hand?

Email support@xthetics.co.uk. Include your device model, operating-system version, game version and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help; remove any personal information first. Never send a password, payment-card number or Apple/Google account credentials.

How to play

Swap neighbouring produce to match at least three of the same type. An unsuccessful swap returns the pieces and keeps your move. Match four in a line to create a line-clearing special; arrow direction indicates the line it clears. The sunburst marks an area-clearing special. Swap two neighbouring specials to create a combination. Open Pause → How to Play & Guide for illustrated help.

Sound or rotation

Open Pause and check Sound is On, then tap Test Sound. Check your device’s media volume. If sound does not recover after returning to the app, close and reopen the game and tell us your device and game version. Finish your move before rotating your device.

Saved progress

Scores, unlocked levels and preferences are stored on your device. Market Pop does not provide a game-account sign-in or developer-operated cloud save. Removing the app or clearing its storage can remove progress; operating-system backup and restore behaviour is managed by your device provider.

Ads and extra moves

At launch, an optional rewarded video is planned to offer three extra moves once per attempt. The reward requires the ad provider’s earned-reward confirmation; closing an ad early may not award moves. Restart Free remains available. If no ad is available, you can restart without paying.

One-time ad removal

The launch offer is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The store displays your local price before confirmation. On supported devices, use Pause → Restore Purchases with the store account used for the original purchase. This restores the ad-removal benefit, not deleted game progress. Store payment and refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.

Ad removal is planned to remove gameplay ads and allow the same three-move continue without a video, once per attempt. These launch features are still being qualified; do not make a real purchase in a development test build.
